Carb caps can be cleaned regularly with a cotton swab, an alcohol pad or any paper towel. Some users choose to torch it a bit to loosen the gunk. For carb caps that have heavier residue, use Bong-Aid and a cotton swab to get into hard-to-reach places or let it soak overnight for extra cleaning power.
